Refund policy

1. 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy within 180 days of receiving an item, we’ll make it right—no product return required. Choose either a full refund or a replacement.

2. How to Request

  • Email hello@froddesign.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Include a brief description of the issue (photos help).
  • We reply within two business days and either ship the replacement or issue the refund.

3. Damages & Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

4. Exchanges

If you want something different, the fastest way is to request a refund under the guarantee, then place a new order for the preferred item.

5. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds/replacements if we reasonably believe the policy is being abused—examples include repeated claims on multiple orders, evidence of resale, or fraudulent activity. We may request additional information (e.g., photos or proof of defect) before approving a claim. 

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. This statutory right is in addition to our 180-day guarantee.

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days pass without the credit appearing, please contact us.
